The Notch Meetings

In 2007 we began holding yearly meetings on the biology of the Notch signaling pathway, a cell communication mechanism that governs fundamental aspects of biology and is implicated in many different diseases. The diversity of processes, including pathogenic conditions, in which Notch is involved is so great that Notch biology has become a large field in which many tens if not hundreds of laboratories all over the world are working.

These yearly meetings, held in Athens and organized with the help of international organizing committees whose members are leading scientists in the field, have become and continue to be central to the field.
